          Daniel G. Alle is the Founder of Redstone Commercial Real Estate, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm located in Pasadena on Lake Avenue.
This firm specializes in Tenant Representation and the leasing and sales of commercial properties throughout the San Gabriel and Los Angeles areas.

Mr. Alle has worked as a commercial real estate arena since 1989 and has represented numerous tenants, landlords, investors and developers with their real estate requirements.

Mr. Alle has been instrumental in negotiating leases and the purchase of buildings in excess of 2,000,000 square feet on behalf of his clients.
Some of the companies he has represented the last thirty-one years include Arden Realty, Columbus Technologies, Holthouse, Carlin & Van Trigt, D’Autremont-Helms Associates, Anchor Pacifica, Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Trytten LLP, ITT Industries, Elliot & Ryan, VNA Home Health Care, A.F. Gilmore Company, Swig Company, Redgate Software, Stay Healthy, HIGI, Inc. and Rockley Photonics Limited.

Mr. Alle has sold the following properties in the City of Pasadena which include Gateway Metro Center, at 3452 E. Foothill Boulevard, 2900 E. Bradley Street, 199 S. Hudson Avenue, 482 S. Arroyo Parkway, 1 West Mountain and 253 S. Vinedo Avenue. Most recently Redstone Commercial leased Tamaran Office Plaza at 150 S. Arroyo Parkway
and is handling the leasing of 1010 E. Union and 595 E. Colorado Boulevard office projects in Pasadena.
